@CHETHYA1989 your phone does not really compatible with PM network

this is your phone spec

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41

PM uses 3G for voice and you dont have 1900 on 3G which is the problem for your voice. 😞

@CHETHYA1989 we need to Google the specifications with your phone model

You A10s has both 3G bands needed for voice so it should work. And data should work ok with the 4G bands this phone has

Dual sim will be seen in the sim slot. Very few Canadian market providers deal with dual sim. Many international markets do. It's a stupid North American thing. A sim slot could also double as an sd card slot.

You take your model number and search it and find a site called gsmarena in the results. Then for the A10s you'll see it says International and also LATAM (Latin America). Some models might not give that detail.

do this

Change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only or WCDMA only

Check if the phone can connect under this settings. If it connects, check Data, check incoming and outgoing voice calls and check incoming and outgoing sms
