I used my UPS app to track my Public Mobile order using my shipping address which in turn gave me the tracking # with it so I would know when it would be delivered! I was lucky, I received my phone &amp;amp; SIM card within 3 days of placing my order! Public Mobile didn’t even have my tracking # yet when I received my order! Where it’s been 1 week since you placed your order they should have your tracking # for your order. I think youd find it easier to use option 2. I will post it again for you. Please include your full name, shipping address that your order is being sent to &amp;amp; your order # in your private message to them. Once you try it you will get used to it.
