      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285063"&gt;@Caro73&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service agent will usually take a few hours to respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could check your various email accounts to see whether you find the Public mobile introductory email message when you first activated your account.&amp;nbsp; Then try that email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you forgot your password, you can try to reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you could try to reset your password by entering the various email addresses that you have access to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
