    <description>&lt;P&gt;Some of my texts are going through, some aren't. All different people with different phone types and different phone providers. These people cant contact me at all. No calls go through for these people either. I NEED HELP and the bot dosent help... i need to speak to someone.... this is crazy i am not getting half my texts!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
