Call to some number not going out

Hi I"ve been trying to call someone whos has a public mobile plan and lives in Ottawa like me, but I keep receiving the same message. Sorry your call could not be completed because you do not have a long disctance add on. This does not make sense since I'm in Ottawa and he is in Ottawa too. How do I solve that.

@orlandorobin Maybe try rebooting the device and see if that helps

adding do you have minutes left on your plan for example if in the $15 plan you only get 100 out going minutes check like this

simply try refreshing the page when logged in

even without the 1 in front it still does it. I have other numbers in Ottawa with 1 in front of them and they work fine

and what area code do you have? and what area code your friend has?

Hi I reboot it and it keeps telling me the same thing. My area code is 343 and my friend's is 613. But I tried calling other 613 numbers and it worked

Is your friends account active? Maybe your friend could restart their phone. Or maybe they blocked you. 🙂
