      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284886"&gt;@Ewsheppard&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;are you porting from Koodo?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are with Koodi prepaid plan, you have to activate with a new number first.&amp;nbsp; Omce the activation is completed, you will then need to submit ticket with CS agent and ask them help to port from your Koodo Prepaid account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
