    <description>&lt;P&gt;Family of 4 all on Public Mobile, Thunder Bay, Ontario.&amp;nbsp; All of our phones are down this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2 Android users get "Hi Public Mobile here, sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check your number and try again"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Apple users get message stating that the call cannot be completed because they don't have a US roaming add on.&amp;nbsp; We are not in the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a known issue in the area?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
