@Ckk_2194 this is an issue has been going on for sometime for different provides. It could be an IOS problem rather than PM's or accounts issue but we are not 100% sure There were posts that the latest update could fix it, so, try it

I've never been able to consistently get voicemail notifications with Public on iPhone. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and support reset all the things on my account as well. Still inconsistent to this day.

@Ckk_2194 , I receive voicemail notifications with the latest software update 16.4.1!
When I have issues with my phone service I reset network settings & let my iPhone reboot. If that doesn’t fix it I remove my SIM card (with iPhone off) for about 20 minutes, then put it back in & turn phone back on. Both of those things usually fix my issues & refresh my network!
