    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284592"&gt;@Curtis5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; First go to the down arrow top right of your post and select edit and then delete the tel. # from it as you are posting on an open public forum for all to view.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging into your account using private/incognito mode or another browser.&amp;nbsp; That is required as the site has a terrible caching problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit:&amp;nbsp; BTW, your other option is to purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone which gives you more time to sort out account access to change the payment card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot log into my account associated with phone number.&amp;nbsp; I have reset my password multiple times using a code sent to my mobile phone number above.&amp;nbsp; I would like to change my form of payment as my Credit Card has changed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
