For some mysteriously reasons, mobile device some times hard to login, so don't use mobile device to login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you do not have access to a laptop or desktop computer and cannot recieve the the password reset code via text message you can either contact customer support or manually top up via pm voucher or RTP (real time payments) that will allow you to recieve any 2FA codes via text message.
