No Caller ID- Resolved

Hello I just ported a phone from Telus and it can make and receive calls but my caller ID isn't working when I get a call or make a call. Anyone know how to fix this?

Resolution: Patience and powering the iphone off and on again seemed to work.....

@tanya1255 does it show the phone number when incoming calls come?? PM does not semd name info. Names are either resolved from your saved contacts or via some name lookup provider, which some phone has

What kind of phone?

Some phones have settings to not send out your caller ID.

Maybe callers are blocking their numbers.

This has nothing to do with PM. It is your phone feature.

Apparently we are just impatient, turned the iphone off and on again and it resolved itself. Thanks for the input
