    <description>&lt;P&gt;Payment was stopped on the credit card for an other phone number, but they seem to stop it for my phone number that I wanted to keep going. Now when I login it needs a second verification I am not receiving text even if I am on Wi-Fi and for some reason I’m not receiving emails with the six digit code to login and change my credit card payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284452"&gt;@Silverback&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;definitely reach out to the customer support agents and explain the situation to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile has a policy whereby if a payment is charged back on a credit card, they will prevent a customer from using credit card payments for future services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does not exactly sound like that’s what you’re describing, but maybe it has some correlation to what you’re experiencing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
