      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone.. I changed my plan on the first day of my monthly billing cycle and I later realized they charged me for my previous plan as well as new plan. Public Mobile is a prepaid provider &amp;amp; normally do not provide refunds. Please select to change plans on renewal date a few days in advance so you don’t pay twice. With that said where it was a mistake I think they may make an exception for you this time. I have made my share of mistakes &amp;amp; I know I will make many more!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284432"&gt;@Div&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;this happened because you change plan AFTER PM renewed your old plan.&amp;nbsp; They renew shortly after midnight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But submit ticket as as advised by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74139"&gt;@hycm53&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. PM agent usually will reverse one of the two transaction, as long as you are still on the first day or second day of that cycle&lt;/P&gt;</description>
