Since I'm back from my vacation, I'm not able to make phone calls. I tried to shut off my phone a couple of times and as suggested by Simon turn the airplane mode on and off with no success.

Sorry, but Public Mobile customer service only contacts customers throught this website. Please only provide your account information to Public Mobile customer support agents. Information that you post here can be seen by anyone.

Is it possible that a plan payment was missed while you were away? Please try to make a call but dial a 1 before the area code.

Try resetting your network on your phone and see if this helps.
