    <description>&lt;P&gt;Public mobile should allow making a ticket to get help while signed in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because when you need help then it directs you to sign in community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then if you do not remember your user name or password it is a waste of time and super aggrivating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it is either fone on purpose or whoever set it up is ........ you fill the blank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So public mobile can you make it easier to get help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
