      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/113194"&gt;@edithwharton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;first, there is really no data overage fee here.&amp;nbsp; Data will just stop working if used up and you need to buy add on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there has been no announcement at all due to the snow storm.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am not sure if PM will give extra addon.&amp;nbsp; They came in the "party" late for Hurricane Fiona last time too.&amp;nbsp; So, maybe they will in the end, maybe not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to open ticket with PM support and see if they can just give you same extra data addon.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if they will , but never hurt to ask.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no possible way to go over your allotted plan data.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure if PM is going to offer free data add-ons to those affected by the storms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What I find most interesting is that customers who lose POWER anticipate that their MOBILE PHONE provider will give them free services to make up for the loss of electricity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are two totally different service entities - they are not associated with each other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where I am located, my power (some call it 'hydro') company is slow to restore power and doesn't maintain their lines and obstructions properly (i.e. trees).&amp;nbsp; When power goes out, it's a big deal and some folks wait for days or even weeks for larger events.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest that if mobile service providers were to provide FREE data then the electric/hydro utilities should step up and cover the fees for such things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So... Hydro Quebec (or whichever entity is working to restore power), are they gonna step up and cover these data overages and added data for customers?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They are worth a LOT of money... so, let's ask them, not the small 3rd tier flanker mobile service brands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
