      <title>Trying to get some help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason I cant dial the *611 to top up my account with phone card.&lt;BR /&gt;Been doing this every month for past 7 years with zero problems.&lt;BR /&gt;Tried rebooting phone and wont allow me to dial the *611 number.&lt;BR /&gt;been looking online for help for about an hour and of course no human help available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
