      <description>&lt;P&gt;I presume you are calling from within Canada to another number in Canada?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just checking that you’re perhaps not in the USA or trying to call a number outside of Canada&lt;/P&gt;</description>
