No minutes

My phone is active but no minutes when trying to call like the bill is paid I’ve tried the turn off phone and back on not working I need my phone . Please help !

if you have the $15 plan with limited minutes...you may have run out. Log in on your laptop and try this...

Options are...get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on

Download free voip app like TextNow and use wifi to communicate until your plan renews.

Upgrade to a plan with Unlimited calling minutes.

@JustJenn first, it shows connected to PM Network?

can you receive incoming calls?

Are you on $25 plan or above with unlimited outgoing minutes or $15 plan with 100 outgoing minutes?

Try to make the call by putting a 1 in front of the 10 digits and see if it works

I presume you are calling from within Canada to another number in Canada?

just checking that you’re perhaps not in the USA or trying to call a number outside of Canada
