      <description>&lt;P&gt;To get most up to data account status:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DO you see 1GB add-on on your account at all?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284294"&gt;@Swmrgrl-KPF&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; do you see the addon on My Account?&amp;nbsp; Login using I&lt;STRONG&gt;ncognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, reboot your phone once and check if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you don't have any data limit enabled on your phone.&amp;nbsp; if you do, disable it first and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
