      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please double check the SIM card number as it is very easy for anyone to make a mistake when typing in a long sequence.&amp;nbsp; If that still doesn't work, check to see if it is a new and unused Public Mobile SIM card as they can't be re-used.&amp;nbsp; If the SIM card number still doesn't work on the Pubilc Mobile activation website, you will need a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284217"&gt;@BarbaraBrubache&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where did you purchase the SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be previously activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best thing to do is to contact a CS_Agent by submitting a ticket on the bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above to confirm if it hasn’t been previously activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
