Pre-authorized payment rewards

Hi, my family have 2 pubic mobile phone num. Both of them are enabled auto pay.

But only one account has the $2 monthly rewards, the other doesn't have it.

Can someone help me ?

Were they both opened at same time?

Is one on Rewards and one on Points?

Is auto-pay enabled on both? I see, Yes!

Points accounts do not receive the $2 credit.

@cnwarrenhua when did the account without the $2 Autopay rewards activate ?

Accounts activated after Jan 25 2022 will be on the new rewards system and collect 5% Public points instead of $2 Autopay rewards

Just to clarify @softech 's point (no pun intended) accounts activated before January 25th are on the $$ rewards program. Accounts activated on and after January 25th are on the Public Points program.
