    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/284158"&gt;@chaol&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile data tracker is usually accurate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the data usage tracker is not instant and live.&amp;nbsp; Usually, the data usage will be grouped together and report early in the morning (usually as two separate entries).&amp;nbsp; So, the rest of the data usage should show up by tomorrow morning.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another possibility is that you are seeing an older cached version of the self service account.&amp;nbsp; You can try to refresh the page. Or login incognito/private mode or clear cache.&amp;nbsp; Or login with a different web browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Plan usage on data doesn't add up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log into Public Mobile my account,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* The plan usage has shown I have used up my 1024 MB data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* However, if I go into "view usage history" and add up all the data in the record, it only shows I have used 750 MB of data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why there is discrepancy and why I need to pay for additional data ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
