They will be used when your plan renews on next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT - if you changed your plan early there is no prorating those funds on what you already paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could contact CSA and be really honest about the mistake you made and see if they can do anything. But NO guarantee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In either of those scenarios once you admit you will need to go to a larger plan being able to change plans immediately allows you to get back to talking or surfing right away.
