Hello Folks,

I hope you're doing well. I would like get payment information, specifically the amount of GST/HST I paid for the 2022 year. Could I please speak with someone to get this information? Thanks and take care.

yes, you get get invoices with tax info, but you need to have PM agent to prepare you the invoices

Please submit a ticket with CS agent and they will prepare for you

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You can also go into your Payment tab within self-serve and save to PDF a file from within the payment tab.

Give it a go - it may serve your needs.

( Adding: I just tried it. While it does generate an 'invoice-type' document, it fails to display the applicable taxes and just shows net amounts. May not be useful for your needs, @BootlegSaint )
