For some mysteriously reasons, mobile device some times hard to login, so don't use mobile device to login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No need to use a different device,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/182861"&gt;@Yummy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue the OP describes happened to me several months ago - no matter how much I tried (on mobile Android browser), I could not log in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I kept tapping the log in button after my credentials auto-filled.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was SURE I'd never get in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Until one day, I did not tap "Login" and, low and behold, the system auto logged me in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Go figure!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn't I feel like the fool after weeks of being unable to log in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But I learned how simple it was - just do nothing after credentials auto-fill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is interesting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also use a different mobile device at times, and when I try to log in using another family members credentials, it frequently fails and when it does, my credentials then seem to be populating the fields after login failure messaging is displayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's almost as if it ignores what I've manually entered and somehow blends the login credentials with my other user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just don't bother using that other device to log into self-serve now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But I think it's related to the account not being logged into for over 90 days as &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131265"&gt;@gpixel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; (4?) has alluded to in the past. The last time I logged into this account was in December to check that the "more is merrier" gifts were added.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
