      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm my account is active. I was traveling yesterday and I had cell service. Soon as I got home service went dead. The same applies to my wife phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14561"&gt;@Spyder_1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;yes, it is outage in the area and confirmed by Telus and Bell (they share network towers)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telus outage site still showing, so I guess it is not fixed yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Latest update:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;NOTE: If you are experiencing connectivity issues, including 911 calling, please check your device's cellular settings to confirm the network provider is set to automatic, or manually select a temporary alternative and allow 30-45 seconds before trying your connection again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
