      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/283968"&gt;@Trix_Lee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you add via *611??&amp;nbsp; if so, it might take couple minutes.&amp;nbsp; Try to reboot your phone once and check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if possible, login My Account on your phone or computer &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check if the account status changed to Active yet.&amp;nbsp; If not, check if the money still sitting at Available Fund and not used for renewal yet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/283968"&gt;@Trix_Lee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need more info from you to determine which stage you ere in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.1&amp;nbsp; If your renewal date is today or earlier and your account is already suspended,&amp;nbsp; after adding fund to your account, you need to click the renew my current plan link to get your phone work again.&amp;nbsp; Also, restart your phone too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. If you added fund to your account before your renewal date, your fund will be sitting in your account until the renewal date before the PM server will use it to renew your plan on the early morning of your renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
