I checked my data usages for the last 7 days. Most data usages occurred at very early morning 12:20 -12:50 am.

At this time, I am already in sleep. My iPhone is connected to home wifi. How was the data used? who and what used the data?

PM does not update the data usage constantly. In fact, it only update it twice a day. So, any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry. So, your morning usage use see does not mean it was used in the morning but a total usage for the last 12 hours.

The data usage displayed in the usage history on self-serve is a cumulative total for the preceding 12-hour period.

It is reported twice daily and does not constitute the time of use of the data.

The only way you'll be able to get that is through your device or some app which might provide that information to you.
