6ut1 error message

Everytime i make a call it gives me this error saying the number is not in service when thats not true.

anyone else having this issue.

This is usually a sign of overload on the system and usually resolves within a short time.

Try dialling the full 10 digit number with a ”1” in front of it.

Some have reported success with doing that.

We need more info from you.

1. Call your PM number from another phone. Report your result.

2. What is the area code of the phone number you were calling?

3. Were all the phone numbers you call giving you 6ut1 error?

Yep I’ve been experiencing this for a few days. I tried rebooting, switching to 3G and I just put my sim in another phone & it’s the same message. I’ve put in a ticket for tech support.

did you try addin ga 1 in front of the 10 digits?

I had luck with this for one number
