Earlier, I messaged stop to 5129 to stop promo texts, but I would like to re-enable them, but I can’t find where.

Can you try sending a text to that number that says "start" or "subscribe" or something like that? It may (?) work.

Texting YES or SUBSCRIBE may do it but to be absolutely sure you get them re-enabled you need to contact customer support. Click on SIMon at the bottom of your page to submit a support ticket or if he gives you the runaround you can send a private message.
