      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/283834"&gt;@Ckk_2194&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is that $2 in old rewards or $2 in new points?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If old rewards, the balance in the account will be used to offset the next renewal before the payment card is charged.&amp;nbsp; If new points, then you need to accumulate 15 points ($15) before being able to redeem for an account credit or purchase add-ons which start at 5 points ($5) which need to done by logging into the Rewards page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only way it would be "lost" is if you weren't going to renew on the next cycle or purchase any add-on's and move to another mobile service provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then it would be gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, it's money in the bank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
