      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps related to your data problem and then the fix of resetting network settings...Public has been slowly and selectively enabling volte calling on some devices. VoLTE is where the phone stays on the LTE connection for a call rather than dropping down to 3G/UMTS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if you like you could look into your phone settings to see if there's evidence of volte having been enabled. What make and model of phone is it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
