Who did you purchase the locked phone from? It is now illegal to lock phones in Canada starting Dec 1st and they can't charge you to unlock it anymore so I would contact them and ask to have the phone unlocked. If they won't do it, file a complaint with the CRTC https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/plaint.htm

The PUK number should be on your SIM card (or at least on the plastic card that you punched the SIM card out of). The PUK is unique to the SIM, rather than to the phone.

I don't think the puk number is on the simcards. Best bet is to try message the mods include you sim number if possible.

Contact the Moderator_Team by clicking here.

In your message include:
- account email address , pin number if possible
- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number
