      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did everything Public Mobile and Fizz asked me to do to transfer my telephone number from Fizz to Public Mobile, but I can't receive text messages and I can't receive calls either. I called Fizz and they told me that they can fix it if Public Mobile gives me the demand to switch my accounts. I sent two tickets here and still no response for 3 days... I hope it can be fixed quickly or I'll go back on Fizz.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
