      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/283792"&gt;@josephhopman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also check &amp;nbsp;your various email accounts for the initial welcome email that Public mobile sends to new activations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also dial 611 for some basic account tasks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent for help. It will take up to a few hours for a response. &amp;nbsp;Usually quicker though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
