Check Payment history page (&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; ) and confirm if it shows 5 times the transaction of that data addon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it showing at Available fund, you do have an option to leave it there, PM will use the money towards plan renewal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that is quite some moeny, so, if you want to ask for a refund, please open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;are you certain you’re not seeing unauthorized or pending charges versus those which have settled on the payment card transactions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either that, or did you have issues making the purchase and found yourself having to try it many times?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
