      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happenex to me too. I activated using IMEI that didnt went through but i was charged. Later i activated using account number and was activated and charged again. I contacted with CS agent and they verified charge on failed activation. They processed the refund which is on way. I hope it helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
