      <title>Unable to Make Outgoing Calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife has been unable to make any outgoing calls for over a week.&amp;nbsp; I've scanned the forums and it doesn't look like it's an issue with everyone.&amp;nbsp; *611 works on her end and she is on the $25 unlimited Canada wide plan.&amp;nbsp; Incoming calls and all SMS seem to work fine.&amp;nbsp; She uses an Iphone 5 if that's any helpful.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help point me in the right direction to get it working again properly?&amp;nbsp; I tried turning the phone off and on.&amp;nbsp; Resetting the network settings. I have not tried taking the SIM card out and reinserting. Thanks so much for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/119673"&gt;@BooRadley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The iPhone 5 is a really old phone and would suggest to bring it into an Apple Genius store to have it checked out for free to eliminate whether it is the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no security updates for this iPhone so some apps will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add 1 in front of the number she is calling to see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Has she created a support ticket to ask a CSA for help with her service?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would still try turning off phone &amp;amp; removing SIM card for 5 minutes then put it back in, turn phone back on &amp;amp; ask her to try again. When I’ve had issues I do that along with resetting network settings (which you’ve already done that part)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
