i can receive calls but can't make an outgoing call everything else works. can you help please

@king43maple did you hear any error recording?

are you on $15 plan?

if you are, login to My Account using incognito mode and check the account status, confirm it is Active as well as check if you have outgoing minute left

if you are not on $15 plan or you still have minute (after checking with Incognito mode) , try to dial 1 in front of the 10 digits and see if it helps

Try robooting your phone.

Also can try adding prefix 1 or +1 in front of area code.
