Payments made thru the 611/IVR system should automatically reactivate the account as long as they equal or exceed the plan amount and the account is not suspended via lost/stolen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/283652"&gt;@naseemsh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does any of the above apply to your situation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
