Sim Card with 20 digits

I have a Virgin account and plan to sign up with public phone and port my current phone#. It appears that my current SIM card has 20 digits and PM requires max.19 digits. Does anybody have experience with this kind of situation and have a suggestion what I need to do? Going to a Virgin Plus store would be probably not a good plan. Thanks for sharing

You will need to buy a Public Mobile SIM, your Virgin SIM doesn't work here.

Buy from here - careful, shipping times might be several weeks, go to a corporate Telus or Koodo store - phone ahead to see if they actually carry PM SIM cards, or Amazon.

you cannot use your Virgin sim card here. You need a brand new PM sim.

You can get a Public Mobile sim card from local Telus or Koodo store or get it from Amazon:

Please note if you order the sim from PM online, it could take long to deliver, as many as 3 weeks

I am surprised you tried to enter a Virgin SIM on PM account. It is like trying to start a Chevy with a Ford key.
