inbound is fine i have data acct is active taken the sim card out and put back in

@skidooking it's very normal to include the 1 to make outgoing calls these days.

i guess PM is tightening the system and requiring us to use the 1. You are not the only one with issue like that in the last couple days

I'm only guessing but ...in preparation for enabling of volte...things are shook up.

Just go through your contacts and make sure there's a 1 ahead of area code.

@skidooking , I have always used a 1 in front of all the phone #s I call. I thought I was supposed to! When I didn’t most calls would not go through!
