Upgrading to a plan

Hi folks,

I've been with PM for a few years and have $11 monthly reward (Refer a friend, Autopayment, Loyalty).

I'm currently on $40 monthly plan but get only 3GB Data. They currently advertise $40 plan with 15GB data included.

Question: if I switch, do I keep my rewards or do I get automatically enrolled into collecting Points? I would prefer to stay on my old reward plan, as it offers me $11 discount monthly.

Any advise?

@nsfolk yes, you can make change to your plan and will be keeping all your rewards without problem.

just a reminder, when you make change, use Change plan on renewal date to save money if you are in no rush of the extra data.

you will NOT be automatically enrolled in Points by upgrading plans.

You need to voluntarily opt out of Rewards, in favour of Points, if you were so inclined.

Don't opt out..ever !!

you keep your rewards unless you change them and remember always change on renewal date
