Incorrect Tax applied

Hello!

I moved to Calgary from Toronto last year and had updated my billing address, but i just noticed that the tax that's being applied to my bill is still based on Ontario HST! How do i fix this?

Please advise.

You are charged tax in relation to your numbers area code, not the address on file on your account.

Sales taxation rate is based solely on your phone number. If you wish to have your account set to only charge GST, your phone number will need to be changed. As taxes are charged at the time of payment, another option would be to purcahse vouchers from various retail stores, but any charge processed through Public Mobile pre-authorized payments or through the Self Serve website will be taxed at a rate of 13%.

Change your number to an AB #. Need your number as is.....you will have to pay Ontario taxes.
