Only the CS_Agent can help you change your email address.

Please note that you can still login to your account if your email is inactivate while your account is still Active…just have the 2FA code sent by text.

Your ACCOUNT e-mail address (the username you use to log into self-serve) can only be updated via the Customer Support Agents

Your COMMUNITY e-mail address can be updated by you by tapping the avatar icon, then going down to My Settings.

It's good that these e-mails match for future service ticketing processes to go more smoothly.
