I purchased US talk and text Add on for $15 plus taxes, on March 26th. Unfortunately it did not work at all. I could not receive or send texts and could not phone. Please advise me how I can get my money credited back to my account. Thank you. Jennifer

send a message to CSA asking for credit to your acct as the add-on failed to work.

@jmorwensmith Were you trying to use it in U.S.A.? The $15 talk and text roaming add-on doesn't work inside Canada.
