      <title>Unable to send a ticket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to transfer in my fido number yesterday, but I wasn't free to respond to the authorization text within the 90 minute time limit.&lt;BR /&gt;So now I have to submit a ticket.&lt;BR /&gt;I filled in all the details, but the "next" button remains greyed out so I can't proceed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
