      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my old phone, and I am getting a new sim card and I'm wondering about my old number, it's still active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I move my number over, cancel the old one/ get a new number for the new sim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only corporate stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to access your email without needing a 2fa text to your number? If not then you'll need support to change it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
