    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37382"&gt;@iSchpickle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you just join PM or you are existing customer and the problem just happened?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;start with a phone reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try click Reset all networks ( please note it will reset your saved wifi networks and you will need to rejoin them)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, also try changing your preferred network type or Network mode to 3G only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone around, test the PM sim card there.&amp;nbsp; it will force a sim reprovision and could resolve the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I can't make or receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been sporadic, but everytime I try to call someone or someone tries to call me, there is no ring or dial tone. On my end, it says there's either a server error or the "phone number was entered incorrectly."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Remove SIM and put it back (while phone is off).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does Interned work? SMS in/out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
