Hi there,

I have the simple $19 plan, don't have texting.

When someone texts me, I get a notification (to get texting plan). Does the person who texts me get a notification that I don't have texting.

How do I find out who texted me?

I don't think the person who texted you will get notification that you don't have text. Since you have no text on your plan, there is no way to know who texted you.

No the sender does not know txt was not received
